Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During busy periods, product launches, preorder releases, restocks or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Australia-Wide Delivery
We ship orders across Australia. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method and order details.
Tracking
If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the parcel has been collected or scanned by the carrier.

Careful Packing
We carefully pack orders to help protect trading cards, sealed products and collectables during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us with clear photos as soon as possible.
Preorders and Mixed Orders
If your order includes preorder items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship.
If you would like in-stock items shipped separately from preorder items, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please check your tracking details first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
