Shipping Information

Genuine Collectables ships trading card products, sealed collectables and accessories across Australia. We carefully pack every order to help protect your cards and collectables during transit.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and packed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, preorder releases, restocks or major product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where tracking is available.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We ship to customers across Australia. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.

Tracking Updates

If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, weather events, public holidays or other carrier-related issues.

Preorders and Mixed Orders

If your order contains a preorder item, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship. This helps keep your order together and avoid multiple shipping charges.

If you would like in-stock items shipped separately from preorder items, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order so we can advise whether separate shipping is available.

Incorrect Address Details

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Genuine Collectables is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed, lost or damaged during transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking details. We will review the situation and assist where possible.

For damaged parcels, please keep the original packaging and provide clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected products so we can help assess the issue.
