Orders

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our products, add the items you want to your cart and complete checkout through our secure Shopify checkout.

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible at gcollectablesaus@gmail.com. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been packed, processed or shipped.

Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations may not always be possible, especially once your order has been processed, allocated, packed or dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

Genuine Collectables ships trading card products and collectables across Australia. Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and order.

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During busy periods, product launches, preorder releases or major restocks, processing may take slightly longer.

Will I receive tracking?

If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, tracking details will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Delivery times can vary depending on your location and the carrier. If your parcel appears delayed, please check your tracking first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and tracking details.

Preorders

How do preorders work?

Preorder products are items that are not yet ready to ship. When you place a preorder, your order is reserved based on supplier availability and expected release timing.

When will my preorder ship?

Preorders usually ship after stock arrives and has been processed. Release dates and arrival times may change due to supplier, distributor or carrier delays.

What happens if my order has preorder and in-stock items?

If your order contains preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us before or shortly after placing your order.

Can I cancel a preorder?

Preorder cancellations may not always be available once stock has been allocated, ordered, processed or prepared for dispatch. Contact us as early as possible if you need help with a preorder.

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, sealed products and limited-release items, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate purchases, incorrect product selection or buyer’s remorse.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at gcollectablesaus@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the parcel, packaging and affected products.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us with your order number and photos of what you received. We will review the issue and assist with the next steps.

Products

Do you sell genuine products?

Genuine Collectables focuses on authentic trading card products and collectables, including Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game, Flesh and Blood and other collector-focused products.

Are booster boxes, packs and sealed products factory sealed?

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, sealed products are sold brand new and factory sealed.

Do you sell Pokémon English and Japanese products?

Yes. Our Pokémon range may include English Pokémon TCG and Japanese Pokémon TCG products, depending on current stock availability.

Will sold out products be restocked?

Some products may be restocked depending on supplier availability. For restock updates, check the website regularly or join our email list for product news.

Payments

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Orders are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout system. Available payment methods may depend on the payment options enabled at checkout.

When is payment taken?

Payment is generally taken at checkout when you place your order, including preorder items.
